The school celebrates and acknowledges many calendar events throughout the year, providing a range of activities and experiences in which the pupils participate. These can include:
- Halloween - costume parade and festivities
- Christmas – Christmas plays and a visit from Santa. Christmas Carols with other schools.
- Valentine’s Day - friendship activities and disco
- St Patrick’s Day – parade and ceilí
- Easter – Easter egg hunt
- Arts Week - a week long celebration of the Arts including music, dance, drama and visual art. This usually takes place in May.
- Sports Day
